Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your download, installation, configuration, and use of the OpenMake software.
1. Scope of Use
OpenMake is free to install and utilize for personal, academic, or commercial purposes. You may freely inspect the entire platform source code and implement custom modifications such as custom agents, MCP servers, skills, and deployment integrations to suit your specific requirements.
2. Your Infrastructure, Your Responsibility
OpenMake provides the software platform. The primary responsibility for configuring, securing, and maintaining the servers, databases, networks, and firewalls where the software is deployed lies entirely with you (or your organization's administrators).
3. Usage of Optional Third-Party Services
Any credentials entered to integrate optional external services (for example, OpenRouter / NVIDIA NIM / Ollama BYO keys, Google Custom Search for web search, a NotebookLM session cookie, or Google / GitHub / Kakao OAuth for sign-in) are stored in your proprietary environment. The OpenMake team holds no responsibility for credential leakage or excessive third-party billing charges resulting from your usage.
4. Limitation of Liability
The software is provided "AS IS". The developers shall not be legally liable for any direct or indirect business losses resulting from system failures, software bugs, malicious cyberattacks, or data breaches. Users are strongly encouraged to implement robust off-site backup strategies for crucial data.
