Full-history review and additions

The first 1.5.0 commit was authored February 3 and committed February 12. This week and W07 use author dates to preserve the original development chronology.

All reachable history of main ac08a8a4 was rechecked on 2026-10-24. Counts use author dates from Monday 00:00 through Sunday 23:59:59 KST, including merges, releases and distinct parallel-branch commits. Commit counts are not feature counts. Tests and operational measurements below are historical source records, not evaluations rerun for this refresh.

Session-derived explanations are retained from the earlier archive retrospective. This refresh reviews public Git source and does not claim a fresh investigation of the original local conversations.
